Stephanie became an InteleTravel agent about 8 years ago when her friend told her about it and she has now made it her full time career, booking travel, including honeymoons, destination weddings and cruises, for numerous clients. “I became a travel agent to supplement my personal assistant business. I thought it would be a good addition to my services,” though, “this has become the bulk of my business.”

Her clients includes family and friends, noting that they appreciate being able to ask her – someone they know and trust – to help them take care of all the details involved with travel planning. “The best part about being a travel professional is being able to help clients create lasting memories. Both Stephanie and her husband enjoy traveling themselves and have been able to take trips to Europe as well as cruises on Celebrity, Holland America, Royal Caribbean, Princess and Seabourn. She mentions, “I currently have 3 cruises booked for the next year and a half, one of which is a transatlantic. That has long been a bucket list trip for me… 12 days of relaxing at sea sounds simply amazing.” They would travel more, but they can only convince their friends to dog sit so many times!

Stephanie’s career as an agent is also thriving because she clearly communicates with her clients on how she is going to help save them money and why prices on the internet are generally misleading. She praises InteleTravel’s educational tools, saying, “Inteletravel provides good customer service, excellent training and assistance when needed.” She goes to numerous seminars, cruise ship tours and trade shows, which have given her the opportunity to meet other agents as well.
